    In case, you are not satisfied with the order we are all open to accept the return of these products in their original packaging. You can make return the products within eight days from the receipt of the order.

    Before making any return, you can contact our support to get more details about the return and refund policy.

    The return and refund policy is only valid for the 8 days after delivery. Once you get the parcel, make sure to reach us within 8 days of delivery. If these days are gone, we will be only accepting the return of products but will not make any refund or exchange for them.

Wrong or broken products

For refund or exchange, we only accept the products that are delivered broken, wrong in color, size, or defective. You need to mark these products with a picture and file an immediate complaint to us. We will take care of the refund or exchange for that product.

Return policy for Exception case

  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Human hair can be returned only if it is still in the original packaging, not worn, and has the look and smell as it was received.
  • Synthetic hairs are non-returnable.
  • Other Styling tools and hair treatment products are Non-returnable.

Tempered packaging or products

To ensure your claim for exchange or refund will be valid, make sure that the product is in original condition. Do not use damaged or remove tags and labels. It should have all the original state with it. Return or exchange shipping cost

Remember, all the exchange and return shipping costs will be a liability for you. You will have to bear it and clear out the billings. Any mishandling of package or a wrong product in your order will be our fault. We will take responsibility for the problem and make you a refund. However, you will have to pay the shipment cost for returning the products.

Refund or exchange processing

Once you have made the shipment and we have it back, we will process your refund within 3 to 10 business days. Our team makes sure sooner you will get your complete refund for the claim. However, when you are looking for the exchange of products instead of a refund, it will take a little longer.

To avoid excessive shipment costs, we hold the products until you are up for a new order or select more items in the cart. Your exchanged products will be delivered with the new order. It keeps the shipment cost bearable and avoids excessive expense. Remember, you can only exchange the damaged product with the same product, not with the other one.

In case you do not, like the product, you get but it was the same as you ordered then you will have to send the products back by bearing the shipment cost and we will return a partial amount you paid earlier.
